History
Cheung Chau Theatre located in 120 San Hing Back Street, Cheung Chau, New Territories. It was established in 1931. There were a black and white silent movie period. There were total of three film per day between one of noon and two for night included Cantonese and Western films. Cheung Chau Theatre were equipped over 600 seats for guests.

Firstly, we go to watch a film at 1:30 PM at Cheung Chau Theatre. This is very simple film ticket, included the name of theatre, what time to hold the film, price and ticket number. At the ticket, we cannot know the film name. Can you see the red color of (4-13)? It means your sit number. Nowday, the ticket also use initial A-Z to define your sit number.

↑↑ The ticket number is 35 thousands 6 hundreds and thirty five.
80 years ago, the ticket value is $20 for one. It is very expensive
↑↑ This ticket color was yellow one. I think that different color represent 10 thousands guest. It means 40 thousands guest ticket was yellow, 30 thousands guest ticket was blue.
