The Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong, a legend of hospitality in Asia, is opened on 11th December1928. In Hong Kong, the hotel has long been a symbol of luxury and is a No.1 hotel in HK in local people mind. The hotel building itself is a heritage with Victoria archeticture style. Before 1994, the hotel main building had only 7 floors in H sharp when you view the hotel from the top. But the hotel is so popular to tourists from all over the world so the hotel was expanded into a building with 30 levels in 1994 expanding construction.
